  • Bailey Hough is the Head Coach of Compound Performance, and has over 9 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry, beginning his studies in 2016. His completion of a Certificate III in Fitness inspired him to build a career in the industry, which led to the completion of his Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science Degree from The University of South Australia in 2020.

Bailey has worked with people all over South Australia, and in particular, elite athletes from the Sturt Football Club where he has been working in high performance roles in the junior program since 2020. One of the most rewarding aspects of his job as a Head Coach is seeing his clients achieve their goals, but also seeing their progress over a long period of time. You will often find him visiting sporting games that his clients participate in to see how they are performance, but to also support them.

Bailey’s attitude he has brought into his business looks at him finding ways to improve clients away from just training. You can’t be training every minute of every day, so what can we do outside of training to improve?”. Throughout the evolution of the business, he has introduced services that allow for him to increase the amount of contact he has with is clients to track progress and offer the support no other businesses in the Adelaide Hills offer.

Away from work, Bailey’s life revolves around family, friends and sport. If he isn’t out having a coffee on the weekend, you will find him watching his beloved Hawthorn Football Club, or Miami Heat Basketball team.
